Agricultural Engineer

Ojok is an Agricultural Engineer. He is a specialist in connected objects, he develops innovative services that help our farmers to receive, control and manage their gardens. He is also in charge of developing and managing a vast array of IoT devices, platforms, hardware, and systems through a combination of data, technology, and research. He has a Degree from Busitema University and a variety of certifications.

Ssenkooto Stephen

Software developer

Stephen is a Hydroponics IoT developer responsible for data processing, data storage, data preparation, and dashboard development. He has a BAchelors in Computer Science from Busitema University and a Certified Digita forensics expert from Stuart university. He has a passion for agriculture and does farming in his part-time.

Nabimanya Phionah H.N

Research & Training Officer

Nabimanya has a Bachelors in Agriculture. She has worked as a Research & Training Officer since 16th March 2018. She is responsible for produce Quality, Research and has participated in various projects of Agriculture innovation in the field of agricultural precision Systems applied to hydroponics management, rural development, and management of plantation farming and shifting cultivation at a local level. Since 2018, she is responsible for monitoring and supervising clients' farms. she Works In the training area of Hydroponic Farms, she organizes and gives training to different target groups in crop management and use of nutrients etc. she also has expertise in Sustainable irrigation Planning, she has experience in the community management of communal gardens, having been a supervisor of a community-based organization before.

Twinomujuni Jonan

Business Development

Program Manager Jonan joined the team in August 2017 and is providing project oversight for all the projects executed by Hydroponic Farms and funded by various development partners from inception to implementation. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Makerere University and he is Certified Public Accountant.

Tushabe Nociata

CEO

She is the CEO and co-Founder of Hydroponic Farms. She is a senior agronomist with more than 7 years of experience in Agriculture Innovation. She has over the years raised a consolidated team, she also oversees short and long-term resource allocation and helps in preparing regular project research for management. Tushabe is a good chef and in her free time, she meets a group of women and cooks for fun! She is available full-time.

Mahikaho Amon

Head Of Operations

Mahikaho Amon (Co-Founder and Head of Operations), Amon is one of the brains behind the Hydroponic Farms innovation and has been at the helm of hydroponics technology, social impact investments, and entrepreneurship. He Holds his first Degree from Makerere University and an MBA (Mgt). Amon provides overall strategic direction to the implementation of the project, represents the company at high level forums, develops the project management plan and monitors performance targets. In his free time, Amon goes to one of the local aviation schools for professional aviation training as a way to enhance his skills.
