Nabimanya holds a Bachelor’s degree in agriculture and has served as a Research & Training Officer since March 16, 2021. Her role encompasses ensuring produce quality, conducting research, and contributing to agricultural innovation projects. She specializes in agricultural precision systems applied to hydroponic management, rural development, and plantation farming and shifting cultivation at the local level.

Since 2021, Nabimanya has overseen and supervised clients’ farms, focusing on the training aspect at Hydroponic Farms. She designs and delivers training sessions on crop management, nutrient utilization, and sustainable irrigation planning for diverse target groups. Her experience extends to community-based initiatives, where she previously supervised a community organization involved in managing communal gardens.
